You Don't Do Anything, Just Believe in Me

Jesus asked, what must I do to inherit eternal life? Now of course, in the West, we often read that as, what mustI do to go to heaven when I die? And that's not exactly what he's asking. What he's asking is: When the kingdom of God arrives here on earth, in Jerusalem, in Israel, and God is king once and for all, what do I need to do to be a part of it? He calls you and I as his apprentices to that, to slow down to that loving kind of relationship.
