Guilt as a Doer

Guilt is rooted in that identity as the doer. Just like in recovery, it says fear is an effect of self-reliance. Most people believe fear is a cause of a lot of shit. And they very rarely get to the point where they see what's causing the fear. It's really just that obsession with self just to keep it going.
