The Importance of Humanity in Leadership
You know, disempowerment is deeply ingrained us through home and school. We suffer when we challenge someone in authority because of the doubt about whether we really matter. It's really interesting now that church is online that we don't have any social ways which we have to participate in church. Now it's more about the relationship with God and what we're listening to when we're hearing a sermon. And that is empowering to the individual.
