Mercy and Justice Hand in Hand With Mercy
Mary said, my soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God, my Savior. And I love that because the definition of mercy is actually equity. That's not giving everybody the same thing. It's giving people what they need. Isn't that stunning? Like she's talking about these concepts that we might find a bit controversial. If you just read Mary's words at face value, don't try to soften it. Don't try to like, did she really mean that? Well, that's what she said.
