All right, Thomas, while talking with B about baseball, A held his bike to keep it from falling over. The person who laughed at the joke liable for conversion? Conversion is when you just like took stuff or whatever. If you tell a joke so good that you cause somebody to laugh so hard that they blundered into your bike, knocking it to the ground and it breaks, that must be one hell of a joke. That's gotta be amazing joke. And the bike is no longer functional. Great. Is B liable for converting? No.
