Find someone on the coast that you can source from because if they're getting from the grocery store just ask the fishmonger do you have any fish in the US? And that should be much better also prioritize quality. Maybe skip the cheap sushi box at lunch but then once or twice a week like buy a really really good quality really well farm salmon or something else instead. First of all you're going to get much more out of it. Help wise and you're just going to be doing the planet a pretty good favor.
