Seizure Propagation and EEG

When a seizure begins, it then engages areas that are next door. And eventually those areas will begin to start firing as well. Most seizures when they begin in a specific area will spread in most people in very similar ways. So you see similar simiologies between people depending upon where the seizure begins. This is what enables us to have a reasonable idea of where the seizure may be beginning.
