The Russian Economy Is Not Going Back to Business as Usual, Is It?
This is twice the total casualties that the US suffered in Vietnam over a decade. 90% of Western firms have not divested from Russia, despite sanctions. The private sector think we're going to go back to business as usual because they're not pulling out the Russian market. So that pessimistic picture, aware of Russia's setting, it's not towards growth, but the regime doesn't need growth.
