D Logos: A New Form of Governance

In the past, say for the past 250 years, communication between two humans has been governed by something like paradigmatic structures. But now we have eight billion distinct humans all operating in a vast space of developing novel relationships with novel realities. All paradigmatic dictionaries now kind of fail, meaning the interaction I have with somebody on Twitter can be difficult to diagnose whether or not we're actually part of a pre-existing institutional structure.
