How Cognitive Ability Relates to Management
The approach that we're taking is very much based on cognition, on understanding intelligence. Most work in AI is from an engineering perspective and more recently from a big data perspective. We really just get smart people usually with one or two years of work experience to have a passion for cognition on our team. That's the most important part. And what do those people do once they join the team? To basically teach the system to build a curriculum and tests to teach our system what it needs to know.
