The History of Sex After Sex Education

David Frum says history is a story of the struggle for self-respect, dignity and rights. "If we view history in this way, what strikes us are the great changes that have occurred" He argues classical liberalism helped change things by helping to create an individualistic society. The next generation will learn about sex after sex education at school, he says.
