Rebecca Lusco says she became a writer because she was hoping I could save myself. "I write with a type of purpose which of course again is first and foremost to give people a great story" She also wants to talk about things that aren't talked about enough, like marginalized voices in the literary world. The book includes two stories by female protagonists who feel ignored or you know invisible due to being women.
