What Are My Triggers?
Triggers and primes are very im rtant players in whether or not you're able to follow through consistently with a new habit. Triggers can be something like stress, anxiety, being in certain physical locations or social situations. And so very deliberately being aware of, what are my triggers? When i go to the store with the best intentions of coming home with healthy food and instead come home with the cookies and the ice cream. What am i thinking about, what am i feeling? What are the ah stories that i'm telling myself in my head that kind of legitimize this? And by mindful, noticing, without criticism or judgment, but noticing what is actually going on
