The Importance of Temperature
The average color of starlight in the observable universe is a shade of yellowish white beige named cosmic latte, though for a time we thought it was more of a turquoise. Most of the universe is indeed darker than daytime or full Moon light, but the notion that space's pitch black is wrong,. The darkest places are always those in shadow.
