The Importance of Temperature
The average color of starlight in the observable universe is a shade of yellowish white beige named cosmic latte, though for a time we thought it was more of a turquoise. Most of the universe is indeed darker than daytime or full Moon light, but the notion that space's pitch black is wrong,. The darkest places are always those in shadow. We only lose our gain heat by conducting it out of ourselves there or by convection merely by radiation.
