A recent e s o m p report that was released a, is there any need to change what we're doing? Or will our current education models andrcriculum contents serve our industry adequately for the next 20 years and beyond? This is a really interesting question. The society of mining professors put out a report in 20 19. And it's an interesting body of people, because one of the things that really strikes me about this report is that it puts a structure around all these academics who are engaged in mining. It's become a more marked, orientid approach to higher education. But they're looking at the actual issue of where do mining engineers come from.
