Do You Think the Attorney General Is Duplicating This Lawsuit?

The Texas AG was asked, why are you duplicating this lawsuit by the Texas Attorney General in other states? So why are they duplicating? That happens a lot, doesn't it? It does. And I would say there are a couple different reasons for it. But I actually think there also might be another reason. The states, unlike the Department of Justice, are subject to consolidation of lawsuits where there are other similar lawsuits.
