The Importance of Intimacy in the Writing Process
Grant: I feel amazed to be read in such a deep way and it speaks to so many of the things that I was hoping to do or trying to do with this book. As a writer, you never really know if they've walked or they land until the book is in the hands of readers. Thanks for playing along, Madeline. One thing I find fascinating is how intentional about exploring a type of intimacy you were when you can reasonably envision building a life together. You're not young, but not exactly old and it's a type of first love but different from the throes of teen love.
