What Is Complete Protein?

At least 10,000 different proteins make you what you are and keep you that way. Protein is made from 20 plus basic building blocks called amino acids. A complete protein contains all mine of the essential amino acids I just named. An incomplete protein contains some, but not all of them so various sources of food may need to be combined for a given meal.
