Good analogies use the familiar to explain something that's less familiar. They hilate similar s and they hide or obscure differences. Jod, you lay out a fantastic framework for an analogy. It's five steps, right? Just illustrate this. Let's take the mac steve jobb's computer. He essentially said, if you can use a desk top, you can use this computer because this is a computer desk top. And it had a a trash can for the trash. The icon on that macket,. had a little smiling computer on the bigger computer. You felt like this was your ally. Anyone, in essence, could use it.
