I think a lot of women don't even know what their cycle should look like do you find that happens where they have no clue what regular female hormonal menstrual cycle should be? Yeah so in terms of women having an understanding of a regular cycle I would say it really depends on generational differences as well as at what age did you go on the pill and start birth control that makes a huge difference how long have you been off of birth control. There's a lot of different variables that play into the level of understanding with women's health, she says.
