There are a lot of disagreements over who this process is really benefiting, the company or the claimants? One disagreement is over the settlement. There's no certainty that these trusts have enough money to pay out all the victims. Jamie says that j and j has described the previous system of going through each case one by one like a lottery system. But because there are thousands of towl claimants, those claimants say that's not nearly enough.
