Elc i s is not a pre malignant legion, and it marks increased risk of canser development in both breasts. Elci i s puts patients at a higher risk of cancer over their lifetime. So my answer on the absit would be, no further surgery. But, you know, send the atient for consideration for harmonotherapy. I think thatwould be safe.
