Dominion's Settlement With Fox

Jon Stewart: I was surprised at the timing of the settlement. It didn't make a ton of sense, except there had been this filing over the weekend in which Dominion had lowered their damages. He says it does have to do with the Abbey Grossberg lawsuits that were filed by Tucker Carlson's producer. Stewart: The only way Fox was going to win this was at the Supreme Court and litigate the New York Times versus Sullivan.
