All five of the properties are now going to sell. We paid three quarters of a million dollars for four cottages that didn't have heat rat, but we ran those numbers really hard. And i think that's a huge difference in pile verse here, is becoming much better at knowing the numbers. It allows you to then say, ok, well, i don't have to play at this lower level of buying the cheaper properties and and hoping they work. I can say, ar it. Well, if i know the more expensive properties are going to work and theyr going to work better, then i can go after them because i'm confident in my decision.
