Karl Popper himself was a huge fan of the Everett interpretation. He thought that the Copenhagen interpretation was a philosophical monstrosity. In terms of testability, Everett is just as good as anyone else's interpretation of quantum mechanics. How does probability enter what we know about quantum mechanics from experience? The answer is this idea of self locating uncertainty.
