We Need You to Trust Us

Inmates don't trust staff because of history that says you can't be trusted. This is why recitivism is so high, because why print there are programmes? For young black kids who take the criminal justice route, not all black kids, police and law enforcement is the enemy. So now i'm being held captive by my enemy, and i'm supposed to trust my enemy. Hard, not impossible.
