Socializing With Colics

It's a question of teaching people that all the skills you need to be successful. A lot of people just tick the boxes and put it on the sime, versus making it a true learning experience. Once we start talking about what is otherwise unspoken, but recognized and very much a part of the system, i hope that those who didn't know what they didn't know at least now know what theydidn't know. That's really step one. And only once we have the idea of personal responsibility both on the individual level and on the system level, can we really change things? I think that's where we start getting into the cultural piece of the business world.
