Is Vengeance a Good Thing?
Vengeance is a word that you might think io seeking vengeance itis a bad thing. We're making a positive case for anger at saying, look, if you're not attentive to the fact that you're angry at things, and you endorse that, youre not to be fully human. And as long as you tink that restoring right, restoring injustices, like restoring justice, which is an act of act of vengeance, a is something that we can do and are called to do. So vengeance is good. Questions whether we can practise vengeance. If someone slights you and you don't feel angry and don't want to seek revenge, then there's something wrong with you.
