The Dunning Kruger Effect

I think that's a great takeaway for all of us just to, especially those in design leadership roles to really involve the team in that process. For one, it reinforces the fact that everybody matters on the team and what they think. And also it makes us better, right? I appreciate you touching on design critique as well.
