Introduction

In the early 1800s, Aaron Burr has killed Alexander Hamilton in a duel. As the sitting vice president of the United States, he presides over the Senate. All impeachments other than presidential impeachments are tried in the Senate and presided over by the vice president. In most countries, the murderer is arraigned before the judge. But here in America, we see the judge being arraignment before the murderer. And there's been some more revelations about some intertwining of Justice Thomas and his friend.
