Is There a Way to Save the World?

We spend a trillion dollars to wage war on how much the Iraq war cost. If we suddenly started spending half a trillion dollars a year in space, again, it would help preserve our entire species. As we move more nationalistic, not just in the US, but everywhere, it makes it very difficult. No one nation could solve this. And that's actually one of the good parts about it.
