When You're Responding to People, They're in Control

When someone's asking questions, they're the ones that are controlling where the conversation goes. If a client walks into an open house and i'm just responding to everything they say, they control that whole conversation. And you notice people doing this to you that are really good, that have a very strong frame in certain situations. I put myself into the alpha position simply by asking questions, and then was able to reveal to them knowledge i had that would make me a more attractive agent to choose.
