Ugande's GDP Per Capacity Exceeded the World Bank's Threshold
Uganda would like to get promoted from the bottom division. The world bank estimates g n i per capita at eight hundredad forty us Dollars, over 200 dollars short of the threshold it would need to achieve lower middle income status. But why is there such a big difference between the government figures and the world bank figures? The key reason is a fundamental disagreement about the population of uganda.
