Prisons in the U.S.
In a prison in the united states, any one walking by, i can see you on the toilet any time. People had their own forks and knives to eat with like a human being. The metal chair itself was a weapona, ad, so you you don't do a ouyo. Prisoners are socializing within a limited cell block - but they still use solitary confinement. It's not that it doesn't happen; the point is that the punishment is the least a use tool inside of a prison.
