Isincaiel - Thread Local Variables

Isincaiel's API is somewhat problematic because you have basically two methods. Two thread doesn't allow you to specify any thread pool. And there is no way to add that to the API because it was done in such a manner. The older function does have this parameter at the front, But the problem is that it doesn't propagate context variables unlike the newer two thread function.
