The Scissor Man's Attack on a Teenager

The scissor man burst into the home of Nellie McAndrew and pinned her to the wooden floor before cutting off locks of her hair. He then attacked Florence Ervin, 13, as she slept next to her mother at around 2 a.m on February 28th but this time managed to keep a lid on his horrifying inclinations.
