The Importance of a Hybrid Team in Property Management

The hybrid model is where you have different people doing the different parts of property management. The negative of this is obviously need more people. And then as you grow, that kind of breaks. People either go with more of a departmental or they can go with like a pod situation. When I was with Empire, we realized that what worked for 100 units didn't work for 300 and at 300. We broke again when we got to like 500, which then broke again. We got to like the 75800. Then after you hit so many other after you hit a threshold, then you need to create a new team.
