i saw you roll out career conversation at twitters. What gave you the idea to launch this? I'd say one ofi one of the key ideas is, it's one thing to say to a manager, hey, your job is to help the people on your teams grow. But i think a really fair question that probably doesn't get asked enough is, grow into what? And how it got started was with a specific direct report of mine at google named lo.
