How to Recap a Company

The company has paid off basically all of its initial investment and then some, but still own all the equity that we owned originally. We're almost one and a half times our money on this deal. Our investors feel really good because we've completely de-risked the deal. But management may say, hey, great I just funded the kids college account. Let's not get aggressive into the exit phase here. The decision how we get to the third coast is the firm's decision.
