Do You Feel More Empowered to Speak Out?

Laura says she is breaking but doesn't feel a significant change in the power structures has taken place. She thinks girls are still unable to speak out about their experiences of sexual assault within schools and that we're not grappling with the reality of this crisis. Laura: I think it's very difficult as a young girl to be able to tell someone you've been sexually assaulted at school or any other place for that matter. We need an education program which will stop people from doing things like inappropriate touching, groping by teachers and just all sorts of ways they can get away with what they do.
