The Importance of Confidence in Eldership

How many local churches do you and i know who wouldn't be themselves as a leadership intimidated by certifications degrees diplomas how many lay elders non compensated would have the kind of self evaluation that they could say we are really confident in not in a cocky way. Even if there weren't many churches that had that kind of confidence darren's point is still important for any parachurch even ac bc to think about if a person with the certification walking across the platform or the degree is is encouraged to go back to their local church.
