What's the Fixation of the Inn?

i think of instrument fixation, which is something that new pilots fall into as a trap. Not everything that's going on in their world has a crude representation with an email subject line. Some of this stuff that piles up in ina box isn't actionable at all. So i'm care it curios what you what you see when you work with clients and support them with the multiplicity of of imputs to get some of that bigger picture.
