Are There More People That Call Themselves Food Designers?
Gale says there are many people that could consider themselves as designer, which is quite exciting. We did a bit of kind of food design as part of this er, you know, hypothetical foodDesign research. And by 20 30 could we find them on the shelves? A one is a line of cheeses. So we have three cheeses that have been grown on a silver pasture. In silve pastures, when a cows are grazing around trees, then so in this case, the trees are walnut trees. Anda the farmer can make milk from the cows and from the the walnuts. I wish i could taste it, and i hope i will be able to taste it
