The Importance of Starting Out Too Early
The idea is that you have a natural kind of TAM for a given ICP and it maybe grows over time. But eventually you can kind of exhaust your TAM and get over your skis. And so what you need to do is really start out too early. We started seeing a slowdown in our business when we're about 50 million of air. It was like there weren't any more companies to sell to.
