What Is a Fruit Juice Concentrate?
There's over 200 different names for sugar, and many of those names are a kind of fruit bas sugar. Food companies do that because they don't have to just lift sugar at the top of their ingredient list. A lot of these products say, no fruit juice sweetened. And you mo think, oh, that sounds pretty good. But then when you start dack to look at the ingredient list, it's just really full of different fruit juse concentrates... often mixed with artificial sweetnurse within the same product.
