How to Automate Your Email Campaign
You should queue it up like a personal email because when somebody replies, I'm assuming it goes to your inbox anyways. The automation is probably the best way to do it. It's creating a task to call them or something, but it's probably makes sense to do an email nudge. Some years from there, you need like another extra poke or phone call,. But for the most part, at least with active campaign, I can see that they're actually clicking on a link or they're opening the email. And if they're not, then I can follow up with them and make sure that they're following the request that we made.
