The Road Cake, a New Road.
On his first night on the road, he spun around from his camp fire, still sputtering to life, to see his buddies. A few merchants from his home town were also on their way home after selling their goods. They asked when they spotted the cake that the farmer and his wife had made for jowan. Jowan said that he couldn't. It was for his wife. And the farmer told him to eat it only when he was feeling the most joyous, and that only he and his wife may eat it. So sorry, no rogue cake to day. The men shrugged and everyone went to bed. A couple days down the road, they were almost to a village.
