You can actually get bulk powdered curcumin so that you don't have to be actually eating turmeric spice, but the spice itself,. If you put two of those in, you've got 100 milligramsof oxalate in that drink. So it's just a problem of where our focus is at the moment. And what I'm hoping to do is provide more context so that people can make better choices about what foods they're picking.
