How to Be Early for Something

Most of us are now tech savvy enough to have smartphone, maybe even a smartwatch or computer and or a smart speaker in our house. Just use it. You can set alarms and reminders and send yourself an invite in your calendar. So you get any number of reminders that you need to start doing something now. And if I had set a reminder on my phone that said at two o'clock, your train leaves in two hours, try your suit on. I would have probably ignored it. But if I'd has set another reminder 15 minutes later saying you ignored the last reminder, go andtry your suit on at that point. That works with me because it's the classic ADHD task
