In this episode of the Smarter Not Harder podcast, we are joined by Dr. Eric Goodman and Coach Jessie Salas. The two join host Dr. Scott Sherr to discuss Dr. Goodman's book "Foundation of Health" and the Endocannabinoid System, the beginnings of the foundation training, cannabis, the importance of activating your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, and so much more. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors in health sciences, Physiology. Under his degree is a chiropractic degree at Southern California University. Coach Jessie Salas has worked with Dr. Goodman as an understudy and partner in growing the world's knowledge on Foundation Training. He is Dr. Goodman's Chief Operating Officer, who first discovered Foundation Training as a means to address injuries sustained on the job. After seeing its impact on his own injuries, Salas led a 17-year career as a firefighter before turning his attention to coaching others through Foundation Training.
